Small Business Opportunities Program

We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has created a variety of challenges, particularly for small businesses. The program is designed to provide the support and guidance small business owners need to persevere and recover strong.

When you enroll in the Small Business Opportunities (SBO) Program, a dedicated Energy Ambassador will provide you with the following services at no cost:

Energy Assessment

An on-site energy assessment to identify no- and low-cost opportunities to reduce energy costs

Coaching Sessions

A total of four energy management coaching sessions on how best to reduce existing utility bills

Energy-saving Recommendations:

If applicable, a review of the most economical rate plan to meet specific needs and a list of energy efficiency programs offered by the utility for small businesses

Who is Eligible?

The SBO Program is available to selected small business customers that are located in Disadvantaged Communities and have COVID-19 related bill arrearages. To check eligibility, please reach out and provide your business account name, address and contact information.
